How to Knit in the Woods released

Just in time for tax season, when all you really want to do is run away and live in the woods for a while, it’s How to Knit in the Woods, my latest book.
This book goes to show the power of having a network of friends looking out for you. Like Crochet Style, the publisher knew what they wanted but was looking for just the right person to execute it. The editor spoke with a friend of mine, who recommended me, and there you have it!
There are all kinds of lovely patterns in How to Knit in the Woods, as well as practical strategic recommendations for working in low-light conditions and other not-optimal knitting habitats. I’m in love with the Snake in the Woods cardigan and the Tai Shan hoodie, myself. The former’s made of Teflon-coated wool that’s as high-performance as anything else out there, and the hoodie is a lovely, drape-y bamboo, perfect for warm temperatures.
My friend maria got me this for my birthday later this month and then couldn’t wait to tell me. Now aer are both excited!!!!!
